{"id":7153,"date":"2025-07-22T18:30:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T17:30:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkbasketball.club\/?p=7153"},"modified":"2025-07-22T18:30:54","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T17:30:54","slug":"adam-digby-appointed-mk5d-academy-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkbasketball.club\/2025\/07\/22\/adam-digby-appointed-mk5d-academy-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Adam Digby appointed MK5D Academy Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milton Keynes Breakers are delighted to announce that Adam Digby has been appointed as the Head Coach and Basketball Academy Manager by the 5 Dimensions Trust.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Effective immediately, Adam \u2013 who was previously the Academy Assistant Coach \u2013 will oversee the programme which has both boys and girls Under-19 teams as well as a thriving Junior Programme.<\/p>\n<p>Coming to work alongside Adam will be Ben Stanley, the Breakers Men\u2019s Head Coach also set to take up an Academy role as Associate Head Coach. With the coaching staff in place and no shortage of enthusiasm for the future, Coach Adam is certainly looking forward to his new role.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m incredibly proud to have been given the opportunity to lead the MK5D Academy, an elite basketball programme built by people who care deeply about giving our players the best possible experience during their time with us and beyond,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTo have the backing and support of everyone at the 5D Trust, Shenley Brook End School and MK Breakers means everything to me, and my challenge now is to maintain the incredibly high standards set by my predecessor Billy Beddow-Patel, while taking the Academy forward into a new era.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;It is a task that I can&#8217;t wait to start, with an exciting year ahead for our WEABL, CBL and Junior Academy teams.
