{"id":7158,"date":"2025-07-23T16:55:31","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T15:55:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkbasketball.club\/?p=7158"},"modified":"2025-07-23T16:55:31","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T15:55:31","slug":"jordan-spencer-re-signs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkbasketball.club\/2025\/07\/23\/jordan-spencer-re-signs\/","title":{"rendered":"Jordan Spencer Re-Signs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Milton Keynes Breakers are thrilled to announce that Jordan Spencer will be staying with us as we prepare for the inaugural British Championship Basketball season.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jordan needs no introduction, having been an integral part of the Breakers team that has enjoyed unprecedented success over recent seasons, including last year\u2019s promotion to NBL Division 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeeping Jordan was a top priority for us this summer,\u201d <span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>said Breakers General Manager Josh Merrington.<\/strong> <\/span><em>\u201cThe quality and leadership he displays on the court can never be questioned, while the fact he\u2019s a local guy means he has a genuine connection with Breakers and our fans in Milton Keynes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cJordan is home here. That\u2019s important to us and we know it is to him as well.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the chance to work with Jordan was also a key factor for Ben Stanley, the new Head Coach delighted at the news the Point Guard would be once again representing Milton Keynes.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We&#8217;re incredibly happy to have him back this season,\u201d<\/em> <span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>Coach Stanley said.<\/strong><\/span> <em>\u201cThe history Jordan has with the club and the city is evident, and having someone who cares so much about the club is huge for us.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe know the leadership and playmaking he brings to the court and I&#8217;m looking forward to seeing that first hand&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As for the man himself, <span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>Jordan is looking forward to being part of a team that challenges for honours<\/strong> <\/span>and of course putting on a show for the supporters at Bletchley Leisure Centre.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m super excited to be back home playing in front of the Breakers fans,\u201d he said. \u201cWe want to get back to winning ways with some silverware this season.
